The JHMB has become aware that some of our employees may be experiencing issues at the pharmacy when they attempt to use their Citizens Rx cards. If you’re experiencing issues at the pharmacy when attempting to use your new Citizens Rx card at the point-of-sale, we recommend you take the following steps:
- Confirm that the Pharmacist has updated their systems with Citizens Rx as your prescription drug vendor
- Have the Pharmacist contact Citizens Rx at (855) 693.7841 while you are at the point-of-sale to verify/update your information
You should not be forced to pay expenses for errors in the pharmacy system. Be sure to take action at the point-of-sale to ensure your records have been updated appropriately.
