Weekend Walking Group – March/April 2013
The WellPATH Employee Wellness Program believes that in order to care for others you must first take care of yourself. We invite you to join us for a Saturday morning walk at Woodward Park. Become part of a group effort to enhance and promote health and well-being among Fresno Unified School District employees.
Starting March 16, the WellPATH walking group will meet Saturday mornings for a leisurely group walk at Woodward Park. We’ll be slipping on our walking shoes to get ready for the March for Babies walk on April 20. So grab your walking shoes, dress in comfortable clothing, and join us!

Our walking group will culminate with the March for Babies walk scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Woodward Park.

- Woodward Park – Meet at the Starbucks in the Riverview Shopping Center at the corner of Friant Road and Ft. Washington.

Catch up on the latest health information through WellPATH’s Wellness Seminars. Wellness seminars are offered at no-cost and are an excellent way to get connected with health and wellness information on a variety of topics. WellPATH will help you plan a wellness seminar at your worksite at a time that is most convenient. They are great for staff meetings, brown bag lunch-and-learns or employee trainings.

When we are stressed, good eating habits tend to go out the window. It’s hard to find time to prepare foods or cook when you’re feeling pulled in many different directions, so it’s easy to turn to frozen dinners, fast food or take out. For National Nutrition Month, the JHMB’s WellPATH program is hosting a fun Wellness Seminar with free samples and recipes. The goal? Learn how to embrace a healthy lifestyle during stressful times. Save your precious time and energy for doing the things you love by learning quick and easy meal ideas for the whole day.
