To access member’s personal detail, log onto www.mesvision.com and create a user name and password. After your account has been established, you can obtain benefit detail – including a Certificate of Coverage, Benefit Summary, Provider List, etc. If you would prefer to receive a hard copy of the Certificate of Coverage, please contact the District Benefit Office at 559.457.3520.
