Making Changes for 2027?
If you want to make changes to your existing coverage, complete the Enrollment Form and return it to the District Benefits Office by November 30, 2026. Changes will take effect January 1, 2027.
If you do not want to make changes to your existing coverage, no action is required during Open Enrollment.
