WellPATH believes in providing resources that will enhance your quality of life and support you along your path to better health. We provide the following support services to reward your commitment to your health. If you commit to improving your overall wellbeing, we will commit to making it easier for you.
Please note, these programs are limited to individuals who have completed a WellPATH Personal Wellness Screening within the last 12 months.
Healthy Habit Coaching
Focusing on sustainable nutrition and healthy lifestyle behaviors, this program teaches you the skills and tools you need to incorporate life-long changes and adopt healthy behaviors that reduce your risk of chronic disease.
During the initial consultation, you will work with the Pinnacle Training Systems Behavior Modification Coaches to establish your customized wellness goals. Following this, you will have eight 30-minute sessions (in-person or by phone) to address barriers and achievements to meeting your goals. The coaching program also consists of eight educational webinars, a nutritional workbook, nutritional analysis, and body composition tracking.

Personal Training Program
This program will provide accountability to individuals having a hard time committing to a regular exercise program. Sessions will focus on teaching proper techniques and exercise regimes that can be safely repeated at home or another facility.
During the initial consultation, you will work with an expert from Pinnacle Training Systems to assess your strengths, weaknesses, body composition, and current level of fitness. You will then identify personal goals, resulting in the design of a custom workout based on principles of exercise science.
