A healthier, more connected lifestyle is just one step away. If you are a Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage (KPSA) member, your fitness and wellness benefits transitioned on January 1, 2025, to One Pass®. This benefit replaces the former Silver & Fit program and is included automatically with your plan at no extra cost.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, improve your cognitive health, connect with new friends, or bring the gym home, One Pass offers it all in one place—and it’s built exclusively for Medicare members.

 What’s Changing & Why?

Kaiser Permanente has adopted One Pass as its new fitness vendor for all Medicare plans, including those offered through Fresno Unified School District. This change ensures members receive:

  • Broader access to fitness facilities and studios
  • More robust digital and home-based options
  • Added support for brain health and social connection

As of your 2025 plan renewal, One Pass will replace Silver & Fit and automatically become part of your benefits. There’s no separate enrollment required to access One Pass—it’s already included.

KPSA Benefit: If you’re recovering after a hospital stay, you may qualify for free home-delivered meals through your plan. Meals are ready-to-heat and designed to support special diets. Call 1 (800) 443-0815 (TTY 711) to learn more.

One Pass: A Holistic Approach To Healthy Living

One Pass understands that social health is just as important as physical fitness. That’s why members have access to:

  • In-person and virtual events matched to your interests

I agree to represent my school/department as the Wellness Champion for this school year. I understand the outlined roles and responsibilities of the Wellness Champion and will assist in the implementation and coordination of wellness initiatives. I agree to not only support the WellPATH Employee Wellness program by my participation, but to collaborate with my local management team to support the initiatives as well. I understand that the success of the program hinges on all employees being empowered to make informed decisions that positively impact their health. The WellPATH program can count on me to be a messenger and motivator and to help gather information from my co-workers, principals and managers to help foster a culture of wellness within Fresno Unified School District that supports good health.

I also understand that I may be asked to assist in scheduling rooms and programs (including wellness screenings, seasonal influenza program) at my location, displaying WellPATH brochures, posters, etc. in appropriate areas, and encouraging my co-workers to be involved in the WellPATH Employee Wellness program.
