You Must Access Mail Order Prescription Services Through MedImpact
We’ve heard from several members on PPO Plans A and B who are having difficulty accessing mail order prescriptions through Birdi. If this includes you, here’s how to make it work—and how to get support if you need it.
What You Need To Know
BirdiRx still provides mail order prescription services for those on PPO Plans A and B—but you must access them through the MedImpact portal or mobile app. You cannot use the Birdi website or app directly for your mail order prescription service.
To get started:
- Visit www.medimpact.com
- Or download the MedImpact mobile app from the App Store or Google Play
Once you log into MedImpact, you’ll find Birdi mail order access built right in—making it easier to manage your prescriptions, track refills, and save time.
Need Help Creating a MedImpact Account?
Some members have run into trouble registering on the MedImpact site—especially if it looks like their coverage can’t be found or if they receive error messages. This is often due to how the FUSD account is set up within the MedImpact system.
Don’t worry, you have a dedicated support line.
Call the MedImpact Member Services line at (833) 640-2849 for personal help getting registered and accessing your benefits.
Why Use the MedImpact Portal?
The MedImpact portal and app offer a one-stop hub for your prescription benefits:
- Review your medications
- Get reminders to take your prescriptions
- Learn about potential side effects or interactions
- Easily access Birdi mail order (if you have home delivery benefits)
Whether you’re on your phone, tablet, or computer, MedImpact gives you the tools to manage your health more confidently.
Final Tip: Don’t Go Straight to Birdi
Even though Birdi fulfills prescriptions for PPO Plans A and B, you will need to go through MedImpact to use your benefits. Not using MedImpact may lead to access issues or confusion.
If you're having trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to the MedImpact Member Services line: (833) 640-2849
