A small change can make a big difference when it comes to health and wellness. Join our wellness challenge to learn tips about making simple changes to become a healthier you!

This challenge involves viewing weekly recorded seminars using your computer or mobile device, as well as routine activities and follow ups, such as:

  • Homework & Worksheets
  • Attending a Fitness Class


  • Top Individual: New Apple Watch
  • Top School/Site: $500 Wellness Stipend
  • 10 Raffle Winners: $100 gift cards
