Expanded Access for Plan A & B Members: More Convenience, Same Great Coverage
We’re letting you know it’s even easier to stay on top of your health. Starting January 1, 2026, Walmart has officially joined the Rx90 network, giving members on Plan A and Plan B even more options for filling their 90-day prescriptions.
What This Means for You:
You can now pick up 90-day supplies of your maintenance medications at Walmart.
Other participating pharmacies include Costco, Walgreens, and Birdi Mail Order.
Many independent local and grocery pharmacies are now part of the Rx90 network too.
This update comes in response to recent pharmacy closures, including several Rite Aid locations. We’ve expanded our network to keep your medication access as convenient and reliable as possible.

A Few Important Reminders
- 30-Day Fill First: Most prescriptions require a 30-day supply before switching to a 90-day fill.
- High-Cost Medications: Some high-cost prescriptions are only available through Birdi Mail Order.
- Sam’s Club is Not Included: Even though Walmart is now part of the network, Sam’s Club pharmacies are not eligible for 90-day Rx90 fills.
