Your Mental Health Matters
If you’ve been working with a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and/or a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), you should talk to your provider—thanks to the Mental Health Access Improvement Act, your visits could now be covered by your Aetna® Medicare Advantage PPO Plan if your provider joins Medicare.
You may want to have a discussion with your provider during your next visit to let them know that if they join Medicare, it will allow your visits with them to be covered by your healthcare plan. Your provider should have also received information from the American Counseling Association (ACA), National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), etc. regarding the Mental Health Improvement Act and how to apply for certification should they want to join Medicare.
Flexibility & Confidence to Choose Your Doctors
The Aetna® Medicare Advantage PPO plan is an ESA plan that is different from many other PPO plans. - Eligible to receive payment under Medicare
- Willing to bill and accept payment from Aetna
