Looking to “Go Green” and cut down on your paper mail? The Delta Health website allows you to access your Explanations of Benefits online, instead of receiving paper copies. Read below to learn about this feature of the website and how to access it.
Access Your EOBs
Delta’s website allows you to suppress paper copies of your Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and “go green” by viewing them online. This feature is completely free and can be accessed easily:
- Go to www.deltahealthsystems.com.
- Select “Login” on the top toolbar.
- Log in with your user name and password.
- From the left-side navigation options, click on “View My Claims.”
- Click on “Update Your EOB Mailing Preferences” in order to enroll. If this screen informs you that “You are enrolled to receive Electronic EOBs” you will not need to make any changes.
Note that when receiving Electronic EOBs, DHS will notify you the next business day, using your registered email, when a claim has been processed for you or your family member after care has been received. Depending on whether the care was in-network (IN) or out-of-network (OON), you can click on “Processed as IN” or “Processed as OON” in these messages to access your Electronic EOB.
Troubleshooting and Support
Your user name and password used for the account receiving your EOBs can be recovered using the “Forgot Your Password” function for the Delta website. If you have any other questions about this feature, you may contact Delta Health Systems support by calling the toll-free number on the back of your identification card.
