One of the JHMB’s core missions is to manage and maintain the highest-quality health benefits possible on behalf of active and retired employees. To that end, we are once again reaching out to you (as plan participants) for feedback on the service you receive from our benefits vendors.
If you have used your MedImpact prescription drug benefits within the last year, we ask that you take a moment to answer these simple questions to help us assess and improve your customer experience. The survey will ask brief questions regarding aspects of the prescription drug program.
