If your health plan included any benefits from Halcyon or PhysMetrics, this name change will NOT result in any changes to your benefits or services through them—only the names of the solutions and their logos have changed. All the methods you have used to contact Halcyon and PhysMetrics will remain the same, including phone numbers for services, as well as the number used to reach your account team. The current triage and customer service phone numbers will also remain unchanged.

The renaming of Halcyon and PhysMetrics under the SimpleTherapy umbrella comes from the belief that getting the care you need should be simple. While the names and logos are changing, you will still be able to count on the same high-quality service you’ve come to expect from these providers.
Fresno Unified School District employees will continue to receive the same level of customer service and care. Because the phone numbers remain the same, there will be no immediate need for new ID Cards—new cards may be issued upon your next renewal. You will be able to continue sending payments to the same address and payable to the same entity as before.
