Delta Health Systems’ website allows you to access your healthcare information anytime, anywhere! The site also allows you to “go green” by accessing your Explanations of Benefits online, instead of receiving paper copies. And rest assured, it keeps all your data strictly confidential. Read on to learn about the features of Delta’s website and how easy it is to access them.

Secure and Private Access to Your Healthcare Information

Delta’s website uses several electronic security features to stay secure and ensure your claims data is kept confidential. Protecting your information like this is also done to maintain compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which may cause your access requirements to be modified from time to time based on legal requirements.

Key Features of the Website

The Delta Health Systems website (www.deltahealthsystems.com) provides several key features, including being able to:

  • Check the status of a claim
  • Verify your eligibility for services
  • View plan benefits
  • Order an ID card
  • Find a provider
  • Contact customer service

Printable Features

The features of Delta’s website go beyond the digital. You can also download and print Claim Forms, Third Party Liability (TPL) Questionnaires, Worker’s Compensation Questionnaires, Coordination of Benefits (COB) Questionnaires, and your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Also, some forms can be e-signed and submitted directly through Delta’s website, assisting in completing the processing of your claims. Please note that only claims administered by Delta Health Systems can be viewed through the website.

Access Instructions

Getting access to your information on the Delta Health Systems website is easy, and can be set up in just a few steps:

  1. Go to www.deltahealthsystems.com.
  2. Select “Login” on the top toolbar.
  3. Log in with your user name and password if you’re already registered. Otherwise, select “Member Registration” if you are a covered employee, or “Dependent Registration” if registering a covered dependent aged 18 or older.
  4. Complete the required registration fields, then click “Submit.”
  5. When you return to www.deltahealthsystems.com, you will be able to log in using your user name and password.
Important: Registration information is case-sensitive.

If you forget your user name or password, you can click on “Forgot Your Password.” This will let you answer a series of security questions and reset your password, to be sent to the email address used when you originally registered.

Please note that, due to privacy laws, online access to healthcare information for covered dependents varies based on their age.

  • Up to age 18: Dependents’ healthcare information is available only to the covered employee.
  • Age 18 and over: Dependents must register to view their claims and eligibility. Once registered, the dependent has the option to e-sign an authorization release form allowing the covered employee to view their personal healthcare information

Become a WellPATH Champion

If your site is not listed, please include your location below.

I agree to represent my school/department as the Wellness Champion for this school year. I understand the outlined roles and responsibilities of the Wellness Champion and will assist in the implementation and coordination of wellness initiatives. I agree to not only support the WellPATH Employee Wellness program by my participation, but to collaborate with my local management team to support the initiatives as well. I understand that the success of the program hinges on all employees being empowered to make informed decisions that positively impact their health. The WellPATH program can count on me to be a messenger and motivator and to help gather information from my co-workers, principals and managers to help foster a culture of wellness within Fresno Unified School District that supports good health.

I also understand that I may be asked to assist in scheduling rooms and programs (including wellness screenings, seasonal influenza program) at my location, displaying WellPATH brochures, posters, etc. in appropriate areas, and encouraging my co-workers to be involved in the WellPATH Employee Wellness program.
